🌋 Brazil’s Itaú Unibanco Launches Crypto Service

The largest bank by assets in Brazil and one of the leading lenders in Latin America has introduced a crypto trading service as part of its investment platform.
Clients can now trade BTC and ETH, with plans to expand the range of crypto in the future.
Itaú Bank will act as the crypto custodian for this service, offering the security of the bank’s balance sheet for clients’ investments.
“The most important thing is that when you keep your money in the bank account, you will have the guarantee of Itau’s balance sheet as security for the amounts invested,” bank’s Digital Asset Head
