Ethereum Shanghai upgrade goes live today
This highly anticipated event was expected to allow stakers to unlock their ETH coins. But users will be able to try withdrawal features in the testnet only. During the first week after the upgrade, the developers offer only to preview the process.
So it's not all that fast. The first validators will be able to push some buttons, try out depositing, and get an idea of how the user interface will behave.
