📣 “Even Mars May Not Be Safe” Warns Vitalik Buterin on AI

“One way in which AI gone wrong could
make the world worse is (almost) the worst possible way: it could
literally cause human extinction,” says Ethereum co-founder in a new blog post.
To mitigate these risks, Buterin proposed the integration of
brain-computer interfaces (BCI) to give humans more control over
powerful AI-based computation and cognition.
He believes that involving humans in each decision made by AI could make the development safer.
