Founders of 3AC to Face Court
The founders of Three Arrows Capital, Kyle Davies and Su Zhu, received an unwelcome surprise: a court summons to appear in court on the British Virgin Islands on December 19th.
If they ignore the summons, they could be charged with contempt of court. Time is running out as they have until April 14th to submit all necessary documents.
We hope they have a valid reason if they fail to appear for the hearing!
