🚀 Gensler Suggests Reevaluation of Bitcoin ETFs

The SEC Chairman has indicated that recent court rulings, such as the one involving Grayscale, have prompted the SEC to reconsider its stance on Bitcoin ETFs.
“We had previously denied several of these applications. So we’re taking a new look at them based on these court rulings,” he explained.
The
SEC has received 8 to 12 applications related to the approval of a spot
Bitcoin ETF, with the review process scheduled to commence in early
January.
