Here’s a Metaverse Hotel You Can Stay In
Feeling lazy to pack your bags and book a hotel? Well here is a metaverse option for you to consider.
It's time to stay at a metaverse hotel.
A hotel named LEVEN, located in an early 20th century red brick building on the corner of Chorlton and Canal Street in Manchester’s Village, invites you to.
The company, the name of which originates from the Dutch verb leven (to live), has both physical rooms and virtual spaces dubbed LEVENverse.
“At LEVEN, freedom is at our heart, and where’s more free than the Metaverse?” the LEVENverse’s description reads.

The spaces are available via Decentraland, a 3D virtual world browser-based platform, at -123, -93. To access them, you first need to register on the Decentraland’s site, using your wallet or as a guest. Then, you’ll be able to access what LEVEN describes as “the striking architect design building in the fashion district.”

The hotel also promises a “fun virtual immersive hotel environment” that complements the brick-and-mortar version of it, adding that you'll find spaces for makers creators and innovators to showcase their work through commissioned NFTs and creative digital experiences. For example, virtual fitness classes with personal trainers and guided meditation sessions as well as merch such as Ts, sweaters and caps, not forgetting those free LEVEN socks in each bedroom available in the lobby of Leven Manchester.
