Photo - NimTeens: generative NFT babies have matured into teenagers
Time flies relentlessly, especially in the dynamic Web3 space. Proof of this can be seen in how Bryan Brinkman's charming NimBuds cloud “babies” matured into the charming NFT teenagers known as NimTeens.
Graduation photo albums are a sore subject for most students. However, seeing photos of their (naturally, best in the world!) child with his teachers and friends is heartwarming for family members. Bryan Brinkman decided to give the same experience to his NimBuds NFT collection. As a result, cloud babies grew into charismatic cumulonimbus teenagers known as NimTeens in January 2023.

This collection features 399 different NFT teenagers who are about to face the challenge of a class photo shoot. They are Ethereum-based and written in Vanilla JavaScript. Each NimTeens character is unique, with their own background, body shape, head and mouth, eye and hair color, hairstyle, and accessories. Some are wearing oversized glasses, while others shamefacedly hide the fluff over their lips and are unable to style their hair – everything is as it should be in a real school. NFT teens couldn't even avoid pubertal acne! This does not boost their confidence when taking photos, as evidenced by the expressions on their cloudy faces.

NimTeens went on sale on January 13th. Previously, Brinkman suggested to the NimBuds owners that they mint teenagers for free due to respect and gratitude for their support of developing the project. According to data from OpenSea, the collection has a sales volume of 147 ETH at press time, with a floor price of 0.42 ETH per NFT.

10% of the proceeds will be donated to The Trevor Project, an American non-profit organization that specializes in providing psychological assistance to youth and suicide prevention.
