SBF Will Not Like These Beeple Images
Are you SBF or SBF’s fan, better stay away from this article then!
Following his conviction of a massive fraud that resulted in the collapse of the notorious FTX exchange, and the face-to-face pitting of SBF against his close friends, things are looking gloomy for the former crypto mogul.
His sentencing is poised to take place on March 28, 2024, with U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan set to evaluate his sentence based on an array of factors. They include his personal history and the nature of the crime. Either way, he could be facing decades behind the bars.
Though some have attempted to whitewash SBF, claiming that they simply misunderstood his grand mission, others have not been too kind to him. Especially after the conviction took place.This includes the famous NFT artist Michael Joseph Winkelmann a.k.a Beeple.
Judging by his X (Twitter), he’s not a big fan of SBF – and the image below published on Nov.3 when the verdict was announced only serves to illustrate that.
In it, the naked SBF with Raiden-like eyes (hello, Mortal Kombat fans) is sitting inside a prison cell.
It doesn’t seem like he’s overjoyed about life especially since he’s sitting next to the toilet.
But what potentially cheers him up is the courtroom sketch on the wall, which had gone viral due to the “slight” tuning of SBF’s real-life looks.
This, in turn, provoked a series of memes such as the one below with a caption that reads, “find someone that loves you as much as this sketch artist.”

But that’s not the only unflattering pic Beeple shared on social media. The other one is far more edgy, with SBF sitting naked again (do they confiscate clothing in prison?) and looking at the photo of his ex Caroline Ellison who decided to cooperate with authorities.

We don’t want to speculate too much, but the lubriderm bottle is probably there for a reason too.
We’re, however, not entirely sure why there’s a picture of CZ on the wall with crossed out eyes. Is it because of their beef and CZ’s statement that SBF’s decision to “bad-mouth” him to US Authorities was “not smart”?
Could be, after all, CZ is also gearing up for a battle with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
While SBF is clearly not fond of CZ in that picture, he seems to have a thing for Kev-Kev a.k.a Kevin O’Leary (the picture to the right) who left him a heartwarming message , “Hang in, Sam, I still believe in you!!”

The pictures by Beeple generated a lot of response from the community, with most happily mocking SBF and praising Beeple for the images.
Now, the next big question is not only what will ultimately happen to him and his former entourage, including Ellison who may still face prison time but also those who chose to endorse him. This includes the famous comedian Larry David of “Curb your enthusiasm” and football player Tom Brady who are facing a class-suit action from investors.
