SEC Postpones Decision on ARK and VanEck's Spot Ethereum ETF
Officials at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have pushed the decision on ARK 21Shares and VanEck's Spot Ethereum ETF application to December 26, 2023.
The extra time will facilitate a thorough review and discussion of the proposal and the questions it has generated.
