SEC vs. Ripple Trial: Expected to Begin in Mid-April 2024
Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett revealed that the trial of the SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit is scheduled for no earlier than mid-April.
The Commission is available for trial during the months of April, May, and June 2024, with exceptions on April 15 through April 19, May 1 through May 7, and May 27 through May 31.
Due to the unavailability of Ripple executives from April 1 to 14, 2024, the trial is anticipated to commence on or after April 20, 2024.
