SushiSwap, a decentralized exchange, and its CEO Jared Grey, also known as the head chef, have been subpoenaed by the Securities and Exchange Commission. An announcement was made on the exchange forum.
To cover legal costs, it was also proposed to create the Sushi DAO Legal Defense Fund.
