The co-founder of Tornado Cash is out on bail
Roman Storm’s lawyer stated that Storm has been cooperating with the government investigation since last year and refutes all allegations of criminal activities.
“We are incredibly disappointed that the prosecutors chose to charge Mr. Storm because he helped develop software, and they did so based on a novel legal theory with dangerous implications for all software developers,” said his lawyer, Brian Klein.
Currently, the co-founder of Tornado Cash has been released on bail.
