The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has unveiled a roadmap for regulating artificial intelligence, aiming to accelerate the country's alignment with the future European AI Act.
The initial phase involves providing businesses and citizens with opportunities to prepare for regulation. In the second phase, the plan is to adopt legislation in line with European standards.
The government has allocated two to three years for the implementation of just the first phase, though it is likely to require considerably more time to achieve this goal.
