⚡ Virtual Gathering of Crypto4Harris

Crypto4Harris, a group of cryptocurrency supporters, along with crypto-friendly Democrats, conducted a virtual meeting today, which had been announced earlier this week, as reported by Reuters.
Billionaire Mark Cuban and SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci were slated to speak at the event. The meeting aimed to encourage Kamala Harris to adopt policies favorable to the crypto industry and explore ways to support her presidential campaign.
Reports indicate that the group has already initiated contact with Harris’s team and plans to suggest candidates for regulatory positions, such as the SEC, in the event of her victory. They also plan to start a nationwide fundraising drive in September to bolster her campaign.
Despite these efforts, Harris has yet to make her stance on cryptocurrency clear. According to Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett, crypto-friendly Democrats suggest Harris will not follow in Biden’s footsteps regarding crypto regulation.
Meanwhile, Terrett points out that Harris has the backing of Senator Elizabeth Warren, who was heavily involved in shaping Biden's economic policies.
