Hacker Injects Fun into Algorand CEO's X Account
After breaching the X-account of Algorand's CEO, the hacker began a spree of satirical posts, sharing a variety of music, and amusingly altering the account's bio. One notable post included a fictional tale about Justin Sun, ambitiously seeking to promote Algorand for unrestricted access to the token minting to back TUSD. A team member, involved with the experimental Bonkler collection, misappropriated $1 million from the company's commission proceeds. However, the collection's primary assets, including the main contract and NFTs, remained unaffected. Bonkler’s daily minting process is currently suspended but will be reinstated after transitioning to its V2, which will feature lending and treasury functionalities. Per Remilia's co-founder, the breach was orchestrated by a developer in collaboration with two other team members. These individuals not only misappropriated the funds but also tried to blackmail the rest of the team by gaining access to certain social platforms. Despite a slight delay, the Dookey Dash game passes have been released for minting. The Sewer Passes were broken up into four tiers, if in addition to the BAYC or MAYC NFTs, users also hold the Bored Ape Kennel Club NFT.
The price of the Sewer Passes on OpenSea ranges from 1.49 ETH to 420 ETH. Those wishing to join the sewer key quest have already minted 14,361 passes. The market value of the collection has reached 6,761 ETH, and it looks like this is just the beginning. 
Tether terminates support for multiple blockchain networks
The issuer of USDT has resolved to end support for Kusama, Bitcoin Cash SLP, and Omni Layer. This move follows an in-depth analysis of the functionality, safety, and stability of these particular blockchains.
Notably, Omni Layer, Tether's first transport layer since its inception in 2014, was instrumental during its early days. However, it has witnessed a decline in popularity due to rising competitive solutions.
Though minting of USDT on the aforesaid platforms will be terminated, the redemption process will stay in place for a duration extending at least a year.
