✨ Base Teams Up with Music Platform Sound

Coinbase's L2 blockchain, Base, and the music platform Sound have declared a partnership. Through this collaboration, artists are enabled to mint their music on the Base network.
The platform is responsible for all gas fees associated with uploading and deploying contracts, subject to specific terms. This arrangement allows artists to engage with Sound without the necessity of owning cryptocurrency. Meanwhile, collectors have the option to acquire songs either with cryptocurrency or through a credit card.
In a move to commemorate their partnership, Base has debuted its first song on the platform, a collaboration between producers Reo Cragun and Heno. It is anticipated that this integration will draw a significant audience in the forthcoming years.
