In a new legislative proposal, South Korea is laying out plans to monitor and disrupt digital asset flows originating from North Korea, specifically those that contribute to arms development projects.
Emerging from a collaboration spanning 10 months among several South Korean governmental bodies, this initiative is designed to thwart North Korea's military pursuits.

As we've previously reported, TRM Labs has shown that North Korean hacker groups top the decentralized tech world in successful asset theft. They have pilfered more than $2 billion in digital assets over a span of five years.
