🌋 CZ Backs AI Tags for Blockchain Innovation

posted  3 hr ago
Changpeng Zhao (CZ), once the CEO of Binance, spoke about the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in blockchain integration.

In a post dated November 27, he remarked that AI tagging could enhance the speed of crypto payments and, in some cases, transcend geographic restrictions.

AI tagging refers to a machine learning technique that processes unstructured data and applies appropriate metadata, such as labels or tags. This technology improves data organization and facilitates keyword-based searches.

AI tagging (or AI data in general) is well fitted to be done on-chain. Harness low cost labor globally without geographic bias, (micro) pay them in crypto instantly
CZ noted.
He further pointed out that Binance’s BNB Greenfield already has the infrastructure necessary for AI data integration.

More tooling still needs to be built. Let's build them
added Changpeng Zhao.
Separately, CZ responded to Zignaly co-founder Abdul Rafay Gadit, who asked for book recommendations on AI and blockchain. CZ acknowledged that given the topic’s emerging status, almost no literature is available yet.

It's so new that there isn't much literature. I have been trying to learn by talking to founders and developers in the space
CZ explained.
The crypto world’s fascination with AI technology is on the rise. A prime example is Truth Terminal, an AI bot developed with support from the investment fund a16z, which spurred a 1000% increase in the price of the meme token GOAT in just a few days. Its market capitalization soared to $150 million.

Injective has made waves in blockchain innovation by launching iAgent, a toolkit enabling developers to build AI agents for natural language processing, payment automation, and seamless integration with databases and applications.

Following his release from prison, CZ expressed his intention to focus on emerging trends in the crypto space, particularly the integration of AI technologies.
