Offering a deal of $10 million, Justin Sun has reached out to the hacker
behind the Poloniex cryptocurrency exchange breach to recover the
stolen funds. Sun asserts that the hacker's identity is no secret, with
international law enforcement ready to intervene following a formal
complaint from the exchange.
Sun
has cautioned that the stolen cryptocurrencies are tagged and tracked,
stressing that converting them on centralized exchanges would lead to
the immediate freezing of the assets.
If
North Korean hackers are indeed the culprits, as speculated, it's
dubious they'll engage with Sun’s terms due to their insulated status
from global law enforcement efforts.
