In collaboration with Florida-based computing startup Lonestar and the Isle of Man, they plan to send a payload to the Moon in February 2024. This payload will include “data cubes” containing critical information.
The data within these cubes will be secured and verified using blockchain technology. The aim is to ensure the integrity and immutability of data related to lunar missions.

The same blockchain technology is slated to play a pivotal role in verifying human Moon landings once and for all during NASA’s upcoming crewed mission, Artemis 3, scheduled for 2025.
