In the EU, a blockchain regulatory sandbox is already operational today. This initiative by the European Commission lays the foundation for a regulatory dialogue between businesses and legislators, offering greater legal clarity to innovative blockchain companies. However, as per the Ministry of Digital Transformation's survey, Ukraine plans to broaden the sandbox's scope. This expansion aims to encompass areas like AI, Web3 projects in VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality), cryptographic protection, post-quantum cryptography, and more.
