✨ Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Introduces AI Spokesperson

The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched a digital AI avatar named Victoria Shi (AI in Ukrainian: ШІ), modeled after the singer Rosalie Nombre, to provide consular information to the media. Her statements are scheduled to be published on official pages and sent to journalists in advance.
Officials state that the digital spokesperson will streamline certain processes, enabling diplomats to prioritize more significant tasks. They emphasized that Victoria Shi does not replace the official spokesperson for the Ministry.
Traditionally, diplomacy around the world has been a conservative field, slow to embrace innovation. We are changing that narrative. Ukrainian diplomacy is now enhancing its capabilities with a technological leap that no other diplomatic service in the world has yet made,stated Dmytro Kuleba, Minister for Foreign Affairs.
To safeguard viewers against potential forgeries, each video featuring Victoria will include a special QR code linking to ministry-provided information. The ministry expressed gratitude to the teams at The Game Changers and Nazovni Tech for their contribution to creating the digital AI avatar.
